October 23, 2020 - Au nez, pêche, pomme, cidre, brioche, pain, levure.

Bouche crémeuse, douce, fine bulles, léger noisette, léger fruits exotiques et belle longueur.

October 12, 2020 - On evidence of this bottle this is open for business. Initial citrus notes but showing great length from the outset. This opened up over an hour to be quite wonderful toward the end. Sure, this has more to give but it's already a real charmer. Paired well with sole meuniere.

April 18, 2020 - Apple and zesty flavours. With a few hours of aeration, it reveals more creamy and brioche notes. Good but not great

December 27, 2019 - Drinking really well now with a bit of air. Light and creamy and not that fizzy (I'm sure there's a more technical term for this but you know what I mean). Refreshing and delicious and just the job with a plate of smoked salmon on Christmas morning. Probably not a re-buy as I don't think this will improve much so drink now and enjoy.
