May 15, 2020 - Blazing at this stage. Great intensity and at the same time well balanced between acidity and complexity with yellow apple, cinnamon, hint of fish sauce, lychee, gray pear. A dandy.

March 27, 2019 - Roligt vin! Som en halvtorr champagne utan bubblor. Äpplig.

March 2, 2019 - Underbart vin! Champagnelik utan bubblor, uns av sötma som balanserar bra mot syran, röda äpplen, honung, lemoncurd.

January 10, 2019 - Quite yeasty om the nose with hints of ripe red apples, almond paste, banana peel and honey. In fact it smells very much like the last bit of champagne that has been sitting in the glas for the whole evening.

Good acidity, fairly round and opulent body with a hint of sweetness.

An interesting and tasty wine worth seeking out!
