October 15, 2021 - An excellent 'daily drinker', as are many of the wines from famille Perrin.

September 20, 2021 - This bottle has moments of brilliance, particularly with food, where it echoes its familial grandeur. At its best, velvety, feminine, dark fruit with cassis and plum...but sometimes uneven with strong streaks of bell pepper

August 26, 2021 - Decanted 2 hrs. Olive, new oak and bright red fruit. Smooth and soft. Tart minerality fruit filled finish. Drink now-2024.

August 14, 2021 - Sometimes the wine is so good--medium bodied with nice deep layered tannins...dark fruit, herbal...but other times it is consistent with its price point and uneven

April 19, 2021 - Slo-oxed for 15 minutes. A light ruby color with some light red fruits on the nose. The medium to minus bodied palate showed the light red fruits, along with some earth, a touch of spice, and relatively balancing acidity. Maybe more air (see CJSadler, below) would allow the wine to show its full character. To us it was a wine with a "soft" presence, from a long-standing Rhone family, that you'll want to drink in the next year or two.
