  October 6, 2021 - Pale lemon in colour with somewhat restrained aromas of citrus/lemon, floral/blossoms, with a hint of peach & possibly pineapple.
  On the palate, medium bodied citrus, lemon, floral/blossoms, somewhat creamy mouthfeel, high acidity, with a long finish to spice & chalky minerality.
  This wine is pretty restrained for a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. It has nice flavour, is balanced & enjoyable to drink, if not particularly complex.

  August 21, 2021 - This has mellowed out, still tropical but not nearly as sharp and assertive. Kind of nice with a few years in the bottle, actually.

  July 31, 2021 - Excellent touch of earthiness in the nose while drinking from a burgundy glass, well balanced creamier style sauv Blanc with crisp citrus finish. Drinking perfectly now for my taste.

  July 30, 2021 - Quite concentrated, nice balance, none of the shrillness sometimes found in cheap NZ sauv blanc.
