December 31, 2021 - Pale gold colour. Pronounced and developing nose with yellow apples, ripe lemon, smoke, butter, charred wood and wet stone. Pronounced taste of yellow apples, ripe lemon, smoke, butter, charred wood and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Mâcon that could be mistaken for a Côte d’Or. Needed an hour of air to open. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.

July 2, 2021 - Yellow apples, lemons, white peaches and a little touch of butter on the nose. Medium intensity. A little oily mouthfeel, medium acidity and a decent length with some grapefruit bitterness. An easy-drinking Macon at a nice price point

Topp balanse.

November 2, 2019 - Faint wood on the nose. Medium acidity, lots of ripe fruit, peaches. Nuts, wood, runny brie. Aftertaste of brie and wood. An interesting and relatively complex wine at a low price.

Long and dry finish. Medium (+) acidity. Medium body. A very good Mâcon-Chardonnay that drinks well now, but could easily do a couple of years more in the cellar. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.
