Pronounced taste of yellow apples, ripe lemon, smoke, butter, charred wood and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Mâcon that could be mistaken for a Côte d’Or. Needed an hour of air to open. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.
July 2, 2021 - Yellow apples, lemons, white peaches and a little touch of butter on the nose. Medium intensity. A little oily mouthfeel, medium acidity and a decent length with some grapefruit bitterness. An easy-drinking Macon at a nice price point

Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.
