July 31, 2020 - Clear pale gold; clean medium plus nose of lemon curd, butter and caramel; dry; medium plus acidity; medium plus alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus flavour intensity; palate has fruit payoff and a burnt sugar note; long finish; better than we remembered - it beat a Paul Hobbs in a blind tasting - wow!

February 14, 2020 - Clear medium gold; clean medium plus nose of butter, lemon, brioche and pear; dry; medium plus acidity; medium plus alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus flavour intensity; pfn with a hint of caramel sauce; long finish; drink now or in another 5 years; outstanding quality; fresh buttery goodness explodes on your palate and lasts and lasts; subtle - not overly oaked; blind tasted above its price point
