January 31, 2021 - This was a small thank you gift from an acquaintance, and you know what? You could honestly do worse for $10 domestic cab. It's forward, simple, and whatnot, but not offensively so. Medium (+) ruby hinting towards purple. Smells like darker berries and some walnuts and chocolate. Tastes mostly of the fruits, with medium body and acid, and medium (-) finish. Used it for beef Bourgignon and sipped the rest while cooking. It's aight.
