  August 31, 2019 - Pale, very fine bubbles and minimal gas. Nose has pyrazine, yellow bell pepper, cucumber, honeydew, green leaves. Palate is dominated by the bell pepper taste. Dry, medium acid, medium fruit - pear, cactus fruit. Medium finish, peppery drying to an almost grapefruit taste. Offbeat sauv blanc, not bad

  May 5, 2019 - Startling wine. Playful balance between an edgy-grassy NZ Sauvignon blanc, and a slightly sweet, fruit-driven California style. With bubbles. Nose is a bit grapey. There's a hedonistic balance between the peach fruit and a deep, savory herbal note. The bubbles give it a nice ability to play with flavorful Mediterranean seafood dishes.
