  November 17, 2023 - No formal notes. This was very good. Classic Ganevat and Savagnin character, good complexity, still upside. Impressive Negociant bottling.

  February 23, 2022 - PnP, in fact readier than expected. Classic Ganevat nose, yellow fruit, grassy, yoghurt. Balanced acidity with a sweet note. 91-92

  June 12, 2020 - Lots of minerals, lime, orange blossom, orchard fruit, and a hint of sherry on the nose. Great acidity with more lime/citrus, tart pear, and lemon oil flavors on the palate. Long finish. Lovely wine!

  October 25, 2019 - Tried at Oinoscent via coravin.
  The nose shows dried apricot and peach, floral, nutty, roasted almonds, bread, candied lemon and candied pineapple.
  In the palate, high intensity of salted almond, candied citrus in the back, nutty, salted caramel too, thin layers of oak, medium body and long finish.
  Outstanding but beware who you give this to. Requires palate readjustment

  February 8, 2019 - Made from Savagnin.
  
  Pure, clear, med intense yellow. Dry, med(+) acid, body and alc. Clean and balanced long finish. Very good.
  
  My notes: Sherry-like profile w. grilled lemon, flowers, white stone fruits, sour mango and spices. Some buttery richness, nuts, yoghurt, toast and roots.
