March 26, 2024 - Deep purple color. Dark fruit berries, plum, blueberries, a bit of vanilla on the nose. Med acidity, med body, med alcohol, med flavor intensity, dry tannins. Nice mouth, like it, great.

July 3, 2023 - Extremely concentrated on the palate, showing dark cherry, licorice, black olive, violet, and gravel. Tannins are beginning to round off nicely, though still with plenty of grip—this could probably go another 5-10 years or more.

January 1, 2023 - Lovely showing — ready to please but will improve. Dark soil, the same sweet basil aroma I got (along with JLL) from Cayron Gigondas, and fresh button mushrooms, with serious umami allusions alongside a fresh, drying vanilla bean aroma. I’m guessing the vanilla is part of ripe 2017, but because there’s a great grip and acidity here it’s a pleasure.

November 15, 2022 - Red berries, blackberries and mineral impressions in the bouquet. On the palate full bodied and juicy with red berries, herbs and spices, iron, good acidity, sticky tannin and a touch of sweetness. 90 - 91

October 8, 2022 - Blackberry and sweet earthy soil. Already nice. but feels like it’s about to really get interesting in another year or two.
