August 5, 2022 - Love this Pinot. Smooth and full of flavor. Drinks very well. Just a very solid go-to when you want a proper Pinot that tastes like a Pinot should. Fantastic effort, especially for the price.
May 14, 2022 - Nose of polished leather. Toasted cherry, baking spices.
October 27, 2021 - Continues to improve with age (as noted in prior reviews) and it is currently in a perfect "dink now" window. There's not a better varietally correct Pinot at this price that is so consistently good year-to-year. Drink now.
Additional bottle 5/31, same thoughts. Drink now, drinking GREAT.
August 26, 2021 - this has improved and is drinking very well right now. No decant, just a few minutes of breathing and it really came to life with great fruit and a balanced acidity. Medium length finish.
April 14, 2021 - Smooth and lithe but perhaps a touch simple. Quite enjoyable and drinking well.
April 10, 2021 - Good for the price. Easy drinking.
March 15, 2021 - For the money, a good wine. Notes of dark cherry, vanilla and oak. It is a simple wine but good. There is some acidity and low tannin.
February 28, 2021 - This has even gotten better with age, for $20 from Costco, our non-special occasion go-to Pinot. Just great QPR, highly recommend.
Has anyone tried the 2017 vintage and if so, is it as good?
