October 18, 2021 - Tart, crisp, minerally, lemony. Excellent QPR! Rather Chablis-like.

September 28, 2021 - This is a gem of a wine for the $17 I paid. Very Chablis like, clean pure but with a bit of sweet pear, lychee , melon. Not too sweet just a hint of those fruits. This would be a crowd pleaser. Bought six, maybe should have bought a case. I don’t think I could find a Chablis at $17 that I would like this much.

July 30, 2021 - A fun btl from the Cote d' Auxerre a region nearby to Chablis with many of the same terroir traits that even manages to top Chablis for value at the AOC level. The name doesn't flow across the tongue as easily for most of us as Chablis but this little btl was marked with the same chiseled minerality along with touches of citrus, stone fruit, salinity & faint herbs. I'd be hard pressed to pick this out from Chablis blind. Paid a paltry $17 for this little gem. Drinks like $25+. 12.5% alc. Wish I had grabbed more than one fromy "go to" online store Envoyer. Said to be both fermented & raised in stainless steel tanks explaining its purity and energy.

April 30, 2021 - I like this. Excellent QPR. It is viscous, tart and somewhat creamy all at the same time. No oak that is discernible. Went well with grilled salmon.
