July 14, 2023 - Black fruit and pepper are still there, caramel and other tertiary notes, acidity is still present. Drinking windows are way, way off on these wines... this one is still alive and really fun.

December 6, 2020 - A great experience - the provenance of the bottle allowed for the optimal tasting - shipped directly from Turley via Christina Turley’s Cellar to ours when she graciously opened up her cellar earlier this year. Hints of jam, ripe red fruits, and cran. Smooth as hell. Just a fun bottle, and just color showing signs of copper on the edge, so this one isn’t long for the world. Drink em if you got em, this was a good one.

July 13, 2017 - Drinking very well for an sin with 12 years on it. Tannins have all but disappeared. Delicious red and black fruits, as well as anise on the nose. Medium finish and well balanced. Drink now as this is probably within a year or two of its prime drinking window.
