December 22, 2022 - Lemon going towards golden, medium(-) intensity. Developed, low intensity nose. A bit restrained. Butter, oak. On the palate dry, medium(+) acidity, medium body. Butter, well integrated oak. Fruit, lemon, mango. Marked acidity, embedded in the fruit. Finely textured, a grippy touch. Agile. Very long aftertaste, minerality, saltiness. And a silver lining of something more, hard to capture, hard to describe; character. Love it!

November 23, 2021 - More open and fruit forward than the last time. It has a natural touch to it, mainly due to the non-filtering. Expressive citrus, pear, apple, pineapple and mango, with a mineral layer underneath and a lovely acidity.

January 16, 2021 - It gives the impression of a natural wine: unfiltered and with some impressions of yeast. The acidity is well balanced and supports the fruit.
