October 30, 2020 - Svolítið lokað í byrjun en opnast mjög fljótlega við smá þyrlun. Kirsuber, plómur, sveit, leður, tóbak og smá tunna í nefi en það er ekkert rosalega aðgengilegt. Létt og frekar hlutlaust í munni. Létt tannín en ávöxturinn smá tilbaka en opnast á krydduðum tónum sem eru umluktir súrum kirsuberjum og smá eik.

Consistent with previous notes. Adding some flesh. Nice savoury notes on the nose and palate to compliment the cherry fruit. Good value.

Better than previous bottle. More balance and depth. Very savoury. Needs tons of air.

Needs tons of air. Better on the nose with a cherry earthy Parmesan rind aromas than the palate. Palate is cherry and a touch of herbs. Not enough depth or complexity to balance the acid.
Saved some to try tomorrow.
