August 14, 2021 - Tasted during a wine tasting I hosted at my home. The wine was similar to my tasting note from 24 July 2021. Love it!

August 7, 2021 - Very Barnyard/ Brett smell and taste. Drinkable but can’t believe this is what they were going for after drinking delicious Elton vineyard same vintage. Hoping it’s just a bad bottle

July 25, 2021 - This is pretty sophisticated stuff. It seems a bit too young, but even now showing plenty to like. Nice medium-dark ruby, not quite opaque. Nose is standout: pomegranate and tomato leaf. Really quite deep and intriguing. Tighter in the mouth, but still showing some promising red (cherry, strawberry) fruit to come with a bit more time. I'd hold this for about three or four more years to see it at its best. 4-13-16-9: 92/100. I bet the score increases in a couple years.

July 24, 2021 - pale ruby colored / nose: very intense, cherry, raspberry, wood, smoke / palate: high acidity, silky tannins, medium bodied, fantastic length, cherry, raspberry, strawberry, wood, smoke / overall: An excellent American Pinot Noir made in Burgundian style. Very concentrated but extremely fresh at the samt time. Really a great wine! 9/10 (special plus for length and intensity).
