  January 1, 2024 - A contender for the best wine I had in 2023. This is so floral, elegantly (red) fruity and weightless, yet so intense, long finishing and beautifully balanced. Words probably won't do it justice.

  September 29, 2023 - Nez floral, très parfumé, qui me rappelle la vendange entière, vraiment envoûtant. Les tanins sont encore assez fermes, mais il dégage une énergie et une race indéniables.
  
  Réservé et serré au départ, il se détend et se développe de belle façon après deux heures, révélant une splendide complexité, avec cette texture aérienne propre aux meilleurs Chambolle. Il s’étire langoureusement, avec gourmandise, sur des notes de petits fruits rouges et de conifères. C’est fin et savoureux, la grande classe. 94-95 pts
  
  À l'aveugle, je pensais à un Vosne les Suchots 2017 de Nicole Lamarche.

  August 14, 2023 - Un vin d’une grande complexité. Encore jeune, il se révèle quand même à l’aération dans le verre. Moins ouvert que le 1er cru Les Baudes du même millésime de Ghislaine Barthod bu juste avant, il démontre tout-de-même son origine de Chambolle par un nez parfumé, une texture veloutée, une finesse qui pointe à travers la structure.

  February 19, 2023 - Memorabel dinner with Cecile Tremblay and Jerome Bretaudeau.
  
  First of all: Cecile doesn't just make some of the greatest wines, she truly is a wonderful, down to earth woman. Jerome a wonderful, warm and equally grounded man. Both are amazing talents with no ego, or better, ego fully n control. Just great to be with them at this great dinner.
  
  My favourite of the evening was the Les feusselots 2017 and when comparing notes with Cecile she said 2017 was an amazing vintage for her and agreed on the greatness of this wine. She expressed her mission in life, from early youth, is and has been to simply make the very best wine from the grapes she grew. The feusselottes reminded me of the great Amoureuses/Musigny of JF Mugnier. Yes it was that great, sophisticated and epic. A truly memorable wine that will enthrall the taster. Wonderful and truly Cecile at her very very best.

  November 18, 2022 - fresh, linear, lots of red fruits, but flavour intensity is not pronounced.
