April 4, 2021 - Well put together burg. Enjoyable fruit and tannins. This has gained richness and balance since the last bottle consumed.
Served with Crown Roast of Pork Easter dinner at Pudge's.

January 29, 2021 - Maybe a touch bretty at first, but later revealed some charm along the meaty character. Darkish color, lower end tannin, a classic rustic style at 12.5% abv.

January 28, 2021 - Expressive nose. Racey tannins, nice fruit. This continues to put on weight since June of 2020.
Paired with roasted chicken and roasted fennel/sweet potato.

January 21, 2021 - Pale ruby and clear. Earthy nose with mushrooms herbs and soil, with pomegranate and cherry red fruit notes. It’s light weight, a little creamy, mostly dry but maybe some residual sugar, and very high acidity. Red fruit dominates the palate with herbal and earthy notes that linger on in a highly acidic and long finish. Pretty good but you have to like high acid wines.

June 12, 2020 - Really very good, has developed nicely since the previous bottle. Nice sweet fruit on the nose, beig rich dark cherry hut in the mouth, a touch of bramble, lovely balance of sweet against slight Damsony sharpness. I could drink this all day long!
