December 18, 2023 - Drank at holiday party, no formal notes. Similar to prior experience. Phenomenal wine. Everyone loved it. Drinking really well right now.

August 22, 2022 - Drank with fishing buddies. Consistent with prior notes but seems to be entering a bit of a funky stage where after several hours of air it stops evolving a bit compared to how it has on other prior bottles. Still very good, just maybe going through a bit of a phase.

July 23, 2022 - Off the Modern wine list. Decanted.
Silky in texture, with a rounded out core. Feels like a well aged barolo, but with a lot deeper concentration and darker fruit, but still showing brighter fruit characteristics in the aroma gravitating around the core. Lovely. -

May 20, 2022 - Decanted for three hours, and then followed over the next three. I feel like I should've decanted for six because the last sip was definitely best. These are drinking really well right now, but they need years more to reach their peak.
