September 22, 2019 - Burgundy vs Coteaux Champenois blind tasting (Bubbles Academy Riga, Latvia): 🏅Rating 88/100 (3,8⭐)

Steep hill outside of Aÿ with white chalk. 4ha patiently acquired one by one form 50 different owners. For many years Pinot Noir used for blending La Grande Année Rosé, but from 2009 started producing still wine again. This one stood out from the others by showing that it comes from a cooler climate. Higher in acidity and thinner on the palate. It's only aged 8 months in oak barrels. It was weaker than others.

May 6, 2018 - Gave away absolutely nothing. Felt like a £8 of Pinot noir. Is it that early? I can’t see it changing that dramatically as it literally gave nothing no length no depth the most expensive mistake in my wine drinking life. Avoid like the plague

October 15, 2016 - Killed a baby...started to release perfumy nose of spices and mushroom after 2hrs in decanter. Very tight, elegant, high acidity with moderately long finish. Lots of potential but will take at least 5 more years
