  November 26, 2023 - A bit sharp, tons of energy. Appley Pearish fruits, loads of tartness, and minerality. A bit sharp in the texture component given the acidity and extract it does come across as a touch shrill on its own, but good with food. I worry a bit with time if this will come increasingly imbalanced but no rush

On the palate: fantastic acidity, lovely density, hi-toned lemon, guava, soft peach and golden apple. Wet stone and soft grapefruit on the finish. Wow.

  October 3, 2022 - Served blind. Had put this on Chardonnay given the flavor profile, something from Santa Cruz Mountains. Little woodsy aroma, with pear, green tropicals, fennel, lime, vanilla and peach flesh. Enjoyed this.
