October 15, 2021 - A really beautiful chardonnay. Opened and let sit for an hour in the fridge. Recorked and took it to a seafood byob. White flowers and hints of pear on the nose. The palate was white flowers, lemon curd, melon and pear. The finish was amazing with just a touch of white pepper. Served alongside almond crusted Chilean Sea Bass.

September 25, 2021 - Very nice chard - flavors of lemon zest, pear & melon. Aromas of spring flowers and slight vanilla. This wine is at the start of it's drinking window and appears to be able to age easily for another 2 -3 years.

August 4, 2021 - Wow! This is the best wine I have ever had! Beautiful lemon color in glass. Complex aromas of lemon zest, apple candy, flint, herbs, field flowers, brioche and a hint of petrol and forest floor. Medium+ body, but what a perfect mouthfeel! Soft, yet still has enough acidity to keep the wine perfectly balanced! Finish is over a minute of deliciousness!! Exemplary!

    Tasted non blind.

Light yellow color in the glass, fairly clear looking. Nose of lemon curd, creme Brule and yellow pear. Flavors of lemon twist, nutmeg, creme fraiche and mixed yellow fruits. Medium acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold.
