December 17, 2021 - Took about 3 hours to fully open. Plenty of life left here. I'll slowly open my remaining 3 bottles. Nuances of dark fruits, smoked oak, tobacco, wet stones and minerality. Tannins are softening up nicely. Great wine!

October 7, 2021 - Decanted in restaurant by the somm. The Kaplan vineyard is next to Darioush and managed by a world class team. Notes of dark cherries, roasted plums, crushed gravel, tobacco and mild vanilla are prevalent. Tannins and acidity are in a wonderful balance. The finish is kinda long. Very nice wine enjoyed at the club with family and friends. Cheers 🍷

July 21, 2021 - Peppery plums, and cherries. Add in some nuances of graphite, wet pebbles and warming cloves that lead to silky smooth power on the palate. Good acidity and finish is long and spicy. Brilliant Cab! Cheers 🍷🍷

May 7, 2021 - Little closed off when I last had it. Black fruits. Grainy tannins. Juicy acidity. Some baking spices, Smokey oak. Not as expressive as first two times but still quite good.
