October 27, 2023 - Este vino presenta un bonito color amarillo melocotón, con apariencia de densidad. Aroma de carácter cítrico, con manzana ácida, fruta blanca y un fondo de hierbas ligeramente mineral. La boca es intensa, densa y afinada, acidez muy bien balanceada, cuerpo medio, mantecoso, final muy largo.
Excelente vino, pero esperaba más por el precio y reputación -

May 8, 2022 - Au premier nez, Silex Dagueneau ! On reconnait très bien la signature du producteur. Ce Silex 2016 est d'une finesse remarquable ! Précis, l'acidité est merveilleusement bien intégré, la limette est présente et en douceur, le coté minéral/pierre mouillé de Dagueneau est explosant au nez avec cette signature d'un grand Sauvignon Blanc. Absolument délicieux, une bouteille qui vaut son prix !
