February 16, 2024 - Nice cherry and smoke nose, good structure and pleasant going down, however lacking any true complexity on the pallet. Enjoyable to drink, but not something I would purchase going forward.
February 10, 2023 - Medium clear red; light elegant fruity nose with a bit of licorice; palate is simple and straightforward, surprisingly light and a bit on the flat side, slightly sour in the aftertaste; sounds worse than it is, quite likeable but perhaps not quite the quality expected
November 12, 2021 - Aroma is mostly red cherry and “funky” Pinot Noir essence. Ripe, sour red cherry, red currant, cranberry and earth flavors. Kind of rustic around the edges, some notes of stems, seeds and brambles. Earth and orange peel finish. A little thin for my liking.
Gets a lot more interesting after some air, decanted for 2-4 hours and the last glass was the best.
August 31, 2021 - Light to medium body. Fruit is lacking but there is good balance.
August 28, 2021 - Very good , open for a hour.
August 19, 2021 - Def improving and will sit on remaining bottles for a couple years. Big meaty sous bois, flint, smoke, black cherry pie, whiffs of woodsy vanilla, charred bacon fat. It's big for a pinot, voluptuous.
Tannis are tiny grained and silky but perhaps not as present as I'd like, so maybe I'll hold for a year and drink up within 3.

March 13, 2021 - Beautiful and pure but not much more so than similarly sourced fruit for half the price. I expect it might be more interesting in 2023.
February 28, 2021 - A fantastic appellation Pinot, this represents Sonoma Coast well. Red fruits and Asian spice on the nose. Palette gives blood orange, cherries, and a round yet precise mouthfeel.
December 5, 2020 - Great balance of earth, mushroom, leather with cherry, strawberry, red plum and baked red fruits. I teak just enjoyed this wine.
