February 1, 2024 - Tonight w/ Nita's chicken pot pie. 3hr slow ox B4 dinner in Riedel Burgs & btl. Semi translucent ruby red. Served between high 50s / low 60s. Weightless mineral infused raspberry /cherry & spice on palate. Underbrush, forest floor & florals on the nose. Balanced, elegant & energetic. 12% Alc. VG value at $31.50 on release in 2019. One left that Ill open around its 10th.
