February 24, 2012 - Solid example of the Santa Rita Hills bounty. Light ruby color fading to amber at the edges. Floral bouquet with notes of hay, dark berry and subdued spice. Not overbearing tannins meld well with well integrated flavors of black cherry, cola cocoa, strawberry and just a flutter of nutmeg. Lovely!

August 6, 2011 - Suntacular 2011 (FMIII Home): solid all the way around. Nicely balanced and ripe fruit.

December 5, 2010 - Medium Ruby color, Murky. The nose of this is spicy, oak, one dimensional, some red fruit on day 2. The palate is extremely acidic, spice, tart fruit. I had a hard time drinking this at all day 1. Day two and three were better, but I can't say I was excited by the goat. The 2006 I've had was much better.

July 26, 2010 - 2nd bottle opened with more freshness featuring spice, floral, strawberries, and sweet fruits on the palate. Much better than the other one.
