November 13, 2021 - Deep gold color. Aromatic nose with pretty lemon and pepper notes. Rich, crisp fruit, peaches, lemons. Beautiful acidity and balance. Hint of honey on the mid-palate. Finishes moderately long and graceful with lemon/lime notes. Best Carlisle white I have had. This may develop for 3 to 4 more years and drink well for 6 to 8 years.

March 15, 2021 - Clear, light golden in the glass. Subtle fruit flavors on the palate. Better cold; as the wine came to room temperature, it had a slightly sour note on the finish.
