Community Tasting Notes 3

April 17, 2020 - Very pale colour hints at freshness. Pear and lychees with clean minerality and a hint of aromatic oil. Soft, but with good acidity and balance. Has developed more body than the colour suggests. Very good.

September 21, 2019 - Pale yellow, slightly green colour giving away its youth. Fragrant nose with melon, toast and lemon zest. Inviting.
On the palate: medium-bodied, dry, low acidity and medium alcohol. Fresh but firm and well balanced. Some minerality on the above-average finish. This is a well-made wine!
At under 10 GBP IB per bottle, this wine represents incredible value for money. Would not be surprised if it beats wines 3x its price in blind tastings.

August 31, 2019 - Paraffin, minerality and good acidity balances by a hint of sweetness. Hints of pear and lychee. Medium bodied with long finish.
