December 6, 2021 - PnP. Lemon, oak and butter nose. Light bodied. Nice acidity. Lemongrass dominates the palate with oak and subtle vegetal hints. Short lemony finish.

August 11, 2019 - 2017 Westcott Chardonnay Estate was clear pale lemon in colour with transparent flake-like sediments. It had nose of brioche and golden asian pear, followed by subtle brine and jasmine. The Niagara Chardonnay was medium-bodied and medium acidic with lightly salty mineral flavours in the rather short finish. Aromas was lost after 30 minutes in glass.
