  October 5, 2021 - This was very dark crimson red, full bodied with mild tannins. Opened up nicely after some aeration. I could taste the wild berries, currant and a hint of spice. Great restaurant buy and good cellar add.

  October 2, 2021 - Dark ruby in the glass.
  
  Aromas: dark fruit, ripe plums, a hint of smoke or cedar.
  Palate: follows the palate with low to medium acidity, ripe dark fruits, followed by a long finish with notes of spices. As the wine sat in the glass and warmed up, the aromas dissipated and the finish lost its intensity. Will have to bring the rating down to 88, considering the price of the wine.

  Straight forward, fully bodied and rather thick for a Haut Medoc. The wine is definitely more fruit forward than anything else with hints of herbs trying to poke through on the back end of the swallow. A fun alternative to a California wine for casual parking lot drinking (thats what I did with it!), this drinks well now and could improve, but there are more bordeaux correct options out there in this category.   May 16, 2021 - By the glass. Belongs to Quié family. Traditional claret, suave, digestive and really quaffable. Red berries and lactic stand out. Don't seek depth but pure enjoyment. Better in three years ir so even. Great value here under 10€.

No busques profundidad y sí el puro disfrute. Incluso mejor si esperamos unos tres años. Aquí tenemos un gran valor por menos de diez euros.
