    May 31, 2023 - Stewed fruit.
These are consistently disappointing for such a great producer.

December 4, 2022 - Nose of brown sugar, animal wild, cèpes de Bordeaux... Super celicious, tertiary taste, wild animal, bacon, roasted meat, oriental spices, sandalwood, lenght of 30 sec.

    November 24, 2022 - Auction purchase.
I'm pleased to see an undamaged cork.

Developed, consumed this the same evening.
Some of it was decanted, but this bottle was a little more energetic right out of the bottle.
With age in the decanter, it has slightly faded, but it is still extremely pleasant.

Red with a solid orange tint.

    Very fragrant
On the nose, there are notes of menthol and fresh spices.

A really well-balanced masala combination, with broad leathery spice, cinnamon, and anis. Sweet core.
    very finely ground tannins.

Purchased this on John Livingstone Learmouth's referance on what CDP might turn out to be with development.

I'm glad I popped this now. The enojyment of education.

November 11, 2022 - I little bit of what this wine should be was there
Another poorly stored bottle purchased from Zachys.

    February 15, 2022 - Deep dark colour.
    Smooth, ripe, dark berries,
Silky, lush mixed berries, fruitcake and licorice. Tar spice is there but fruit dominates, more on the Mourvèdre end of spectrum. Hint of aged characters adds complexity, but the blue and black berries drive it. Delicious drinking,
