March 12, 2024 - Full bodied and powerful but fairly smooth tannins. Nose of black and blue fruit, licorice, mocha and tobacco notes. Palate is full bodied, plums, figs, cherries, licorice and chocolate notes. Finish is medium. Best with food and good steak.

January 1, 2024 - Liked the wine after 45 decant got really smooth with notes of chocolate and tabac. Thought it would have more endourance but needs to be drunk up. Has no standind power any more. Drink right now.

October 26, 2023 - The best bottle of this wine I have drunk so far. Peak. Drink up. Now. A bouquet of balsamic scents on the nose. Powerful body with perfect balance. Dark fruits. Stewed fruit. Fine woods. Some licorice. Filigree and strong.

September 9, 2023 - Decanted 1 hour. I found the 2012 vintage at the same time slightly better. Still a great wine. 93 pts. at the moment.
