November 13, 2023 - Excellent sparkling rose. Good mousse, strawberry and peach nose. Good acidity and fruit nose.
Drinking very well now. -

September 15, 2023 - Sunshine in a bottle. Orange pink color with punchy acid and bright red berries. Fine bubbles. Bread yeast finish with white grape must. Still delicious but less complex than I remembered. Need to drink head to head with a rose champagne next time to confirm.

June 30, 2023 - Nose of briosch, orange blossom, strawberry, and apricot. Tart with grapefruit and geeen apple flavors.

June 7, 2023 - Light copper/salmon color with a narrow, steady stream of fizz. Bouquet features strawberry, peaches, cold dough, a little whipped cream. Nice lift of acidity, but not much in the way of complexity or persistence. Will time be of any benefit is my question. 4+10+17+8= 89
