    July 22, 2019 - July 2019 Trip to Sonoma; 7/22/2019-7/23/2019 (Sonoma): Apple, pear, guava, saline. Medium body & acidity. Medium-long finish. Paired with a sautéed tiger shrimp salad with crushed avocado, shaved radish, pickled carrots, marinated jicama, spiced pepitas, and prickly pear lemongrass vinaigrette.
