October 15, 2023 - Beautiful, fruit dominant nose. Sour cherry, red currant, flowers, strawberries, subtle oak. More of the same on the palate, medium to high acidity, freshness, light body, soft tannins and minerals. Ready to go, but a couple of hours of air recommended. You can have this without food.

January 10, 2023 - Some hints of Acetone which reduce with air. Besides that rustic Pinot notes of raw meat and cherries/strawberries. Slightly cloudy in the glass. Quiet complex but you have to be okay with the natural and rustic approach. Drink or hold.

November 13, 2021 - Very nice berries - strawberries, lingonberries, cherries. Excellent balance betweens sweet and sour. Not as angular and hard as I feared. Acctually feels quite soft and round. Some clay, dry, earthy herbs (bayleaf, thyme, sage) and a touch of iron. Medium + length. Yum!

September 10, 2021 - Translucent garnet color. Nose of cocoa powder, marshmallows (think hot chocolate) cherries, and rosemary. Medium-light body, medium-to-medium-plus acid, silky tannins. Cherry juice on the front with rosemary, that gives it savory depth through the finish. Outstanding.
