May 22, 2020 - CEIBS #1. Pale straw color. Nose of honey and stone fruits. Dry, zesty acidity, taste of honeyed pear, peach, honey, buttery. Medium body and finish. A bit sweetish for a Chard for me.

Nice happy color, yellow gold calling us in.
Classic chard nose, apple, oak, butter (under control though).
Light acid adds some brightness. -
