March 7, 2020 - By the glass at Feast in Bozeman, MT. Nose is muted (or maybe just the smell of the kitchen is overpowering it); some strawberry, but not much else. Palate is nicely structured and crisp with notes of strawberry, celery and mignonette and a slight finish of hard candy. This is a very nice rose, more serious than the usual suspects. Paired well with raw oysters.

September 20, 2019 - Tasted at the winery, Farm & Forage lunch (highly recommended). Served to accompany chanterelle, potato, eggplant, sheep's milk. 4 hours skin contact. Volcanic and sedimentary soil. Light salmon colour. Tropical nose. Light and fruity, apples, strawberries on the palate.

July 17, 2019 - Smells quite pretty actually. They've been making Rose since '77. Back then you double down on the French to get Bouquet Rose. Grape fruit and crispy. This is intential rose. They farm 20 acres for Rose. Cropped really heavy and picked early but that is ALex's idea. The soprano voice of Pinot Noir.
