February 10, 2019 - Tasted at Denner Spring Release Party. Denner opened bottles 1 day before tasting and poured in glass 1 hour+ before tasting. Best white I’ve had from Denner. Oxidation helped a lot. 40% Roussanne, 20% Grenache Blanc, 15% Marsanne, 15% Picpoul and 10% Vermentino. Malo conversion complete. Full bodied white, creamy but not buttery taste & texture. A little lemon and wet stone aromatics. Will have better description after I slurp one of my bottles. Lots of oxidation before is definitely a requirement.
