June 10, 2023 - Citrus, toast and caramel aromas - starting to show a hint of age but also fresh and floral.
Baked citrus, orange peel, and clementine flavors.
Very long stone fruit finish with tons of minerality. Intense, piercing acidity - very crisp. Complex.
A zinger, but also well rounded. Rich, but nuanced. Hauntingly good.

Helt fantastisk nese med saftige gule epler, søtt bakverk, julekrydder og knust stein.
Dette er ikke beskrivelsen av en fullmoden vin, men en ungdom i full blomst.
Er bare så lekkert.
Nydelig mousse av bittesmå bobler.
Kremet munnfølse med stor dybde.
Høy konsentrasjon med en vibrerende syre.
Full av liv.
Kraftfull hele veien.

February 21, 2023 - Pale yellow, fine bead. A touch of brioche, ginger, and a ton of citrus on the nose. Light but intense and penetrating. Lemon, orange rind, herb, and great acidity with a satisfying veneer of flesh around this core. Marvelous, still youthful Blanc de Blancs.
