March 19, 2023 - Still young and fresh , after 5 hour decant , a dark color , balance and elegant wine to drink now ( with fine tannin that can keep for 5 or more years to mature)

November 5, 2022 - Deep and inky red fruit.
Deep garnet. Pronounced. Cherry,, cassis, ripe, nail varnish notes, mint, liquorice, wood, tobacco, Chocolate. Complex. Med+ acidity. High tannins. grippy. F/b. 14% abv. Long and chocolaty finish.
NB:
VINIFICATION AND AGING
Cabernet Sauvignon.
3 months: concrete tanks
12-15 months: tonneaux and oak barrels 12 HL
no toast / medium toast
18-24 months: bottle -

September 13, 2022 - Wonderful and a nice surprise from a subpar vintage in Tuscany. This had the goods and then some. 2014 Sammarco included a blend of 65% Cabernet, 30% Merlot and 5% Sangiovese. Med-Full bodied, with lucious meat notes, cherry, strawberries and mushrooms and smooth/supple tannins. Ready to drink now and over the next 5+ years. Really enjoyed this one...
