March 24, 2024 - PnP, consumed over 3 hours. Appearance: Clear, medium ruby-garnet with a fair amount of edge clouding and bricking. Nose: Clean, medium intensity with developing aromas of black cherry, cranberry, herb, underbrush, and Asian spice. Palate: Dry, medium acid, medium tannin is soft and plush, medium+ intensity, medium body, 13.9% abv with developing flavors of dried cherry, cranberry, spice, and underbrush with a medium+ finish.

Last of two bottles, first consumed 4 years ago - this is definitely entering its tertiary phase but still has plenty of life. The tannin feels aged and the fruit is dominated by dried characteristics but there's still a solid acidic back-bone. Drink now or over next 2-3 years.

July 6, 2022 - Pleasant, medium body. Nose developed over time. might be worth decanting a while, or age,

December 5, 2021 - Very nice fruit and acidity. Opened as a PnP and they first few sips were just a punch to the mouth of intense flavors of cherry and raspberry. Very powefuk with a short finish….however as that first glass was consumed, it really started to mellow out and became quite luxurious and the finish became quite long. Turned into a very nice wine that seems to get better with each glass…..and then it was all gone! Would recommend opening it 20 minutes or so before drinking.
