November 1, 2023 - Very Pinot Noir like in body and style. An excellent red for lighter food pairings.

October 7, 2023 - Absolutely loved this bottle. Poured almost orange and translucent. The color belies the depth and complexity of the wine… bursting floral, smoky, and wild strawberry nose and a palate to match. Both subtle and dramatic simultaneously. I have really liked this wine over the years, but this is my favorite bottle so far.

June 3, 2023 - This bottle showed very well, felt like peak drinking. Light and fruit-centric but in a proper relationship with the overall build. Stood up against a ribeye with a chocolate coffee rub.

July 18, 2022 - Like others have stated, almost like a dark rose in color. Red raspberries and strawberries with a very nice glycerin finish. First time I’ve tried this wine (looks more like cranberry juice in the glass). I think it’s at its apex today.

March 25, 2022 - Compared to my last bottle, this is a little more savory; palate is still primarily strawberry with spiced floral notes; really great juiciness with a bit heavier saline kick than previously; not as much tartness now either.

Drink now or within the next year. Love these Trousseaus!
