November 3, 2023 - Soo's birthday: Brought as an extra. Extremely reductive on opening, so would suggest giving this a lot of air as it blew off after a few hours. Very pale colour. Pure, weightless fruit on the palate, no sign of the warm vintage at all. Drinking beautifully despite its youth, loved the seamlessness and focused drive on this.

Very youthful but expressive nose. Elegant. Fruity and slightly spicy. Apple, grapefruit and a load of wet stone minerality. No petrol.
Light to medium body. High acidity. Very elegant, balanced and seamless. Crystal clear expression. Pure, intense and very long.
