May 20, 2021 - Super pale. Great with scallops and poke.
July 8, 2020 - Seems like I remember having better btls. Pretty thin.
March 1, 2020 - Quaffable. Great QPR.
November 10, 2019 - I think there is some btl variation as this blt was just ok.
October 11, 2019 - Friendly like the white Guilhem, in the tast a bit more round and sweet.
September 23, 2019 - pale salmon colour, clear, very good. nose: wild strawberries, strawberries, some raspberries; light cream; simple, frersh but bit sweet. taste: medium acidity, but fresh; some biterness of grapefruit zest; strawberry, roses, rowanberries; medium length finish bit "green"; too flat.
July 27, 2019 - Had this side by side with other rose and just didn’t stand up. While there was no wine making fault in the wine, it seemed to me a little imbalanced. The fruit expression fell short in my mind. I have another to try again later and will re-evaluate. Paired with charcuterie including salami, calebese, buffalo mozzarella, Swiss and cheddar.
July 19, 2019 - Despite the NYC premium, still a lovely buy.
Appearance - clear, pale pink.
Nose - clean, ripe raspberries and strawberry. Some alcohol fumes on nose
Palate - balanced, vibrant, young, fresh, ripe fruit, more intense nose. Medium acidity, crisp finish. Minerality.
Great summer wine.
June 30, 2019 - Pale pink. Clean fresh aromas. Fresh, weightless and balanced. So delicious, clean and elegant. Very Provencal. Killer value at $7.50 with convenient screw cap makes this perfect for picnics. For what it is, I love it. Nothing annoying and simply delicious!
June 24, 2019 - Simple and clean Rose. Notes of strawberry and sour orange with a nice mineral-based finish. Definitely a nice value at the price.
