  May 7, 2022 - Opened up after a long day of tasting various wines.
  
  Wow I expected more. This was just ok. Lacked acidity had more fruit than I expected but it was almost stale and rotted fruit. The mid palette and finish did reveal fruits more mouth coated than the start but ....overall nothing special. Maybe just the night and the age of this wine. I will retry in another year.

  January 31, 2021 - Light gold color. Rich pear and melon flavors with some citrus overtones. Could use a little more acid, but excellent overall.

  March 26, 2020 - Very rich for a Sauvignon blanc, in a good way. Floral and fruity, with nice acidity
