April 22, 2022 - I have really liked this wine in the past but this bottle did nothing for me. Thin flavor, muted berries. . I poured my glass out.
September 8, 2021 - Still drinking very well. Lovely stuff!
July 4, 2021 - PNP. Still going strong, flavors have deepened a bit more citrus and tree fruit adding complexity to the watermelon. Crisp. Perfect way to start Fourth of July.
June 5, 2021 - Opened at a deck party on an unusually hot June day. Enjoyed the complexity of the Ode compared to other light roses.
March 19, 2021 - Chose this for the red wine alternative for a Shrimp Scampi dinner entree. Lulu was a wonderful dinner companion!
December 27, 2020 - Notes of strawberries and peaches. This has rounded out nicely and is drinking really well. Deliciously quaffable.
October 18, 2020 - Delicious dry with nice fruit
October 4, 2020 - last of half a case this saved for this summer. As before, strawberry and melon and wet stone. Absolutely delicious with a bouillabaisse.
August 17, 2020 - Really fantastic rose. Great fruit but not overwhelming. Mild acidity. Great summer wine.
August 12, 2020 - Excellent example of a Bandol-style rosé from California old vines. Grenache and mourvedre. Beautiful light salmon color. Great balance of tartness and fruit.
