January 14, 2024 - Tannic and restrained with more acid than fruit. Needs more age
January 2, 2024 - Enjoyed by all. Blue and black fruits, smooth and silky middle and still-tight Tannin on the finish.
June 19, 2023 - Another typical Napa. There's nothing great or terrible...just okay/average. Dark fruits, high oak/vanilla, medium tannin/acid. For the price, I guess it's not the worst wine (considering Napa prices). I still like the Estate much, much better. 88 points.
September 4, 2022 - doing well already, nice color and nose. Good finish. Will improve with some additional aging but already pretty solid.

February 14, 2022 - Initially oaky but it subsides, leaving behind sweet vanilla, plum, ripe red berries. Good amount of intensity and acidity. Would be happy to have this as my house Napa Cab.

September 5, 2020 - These CVV wines over deliver all the time. This one was a "Cave Dweller" custom blend from Wine Access, that had a little Cab Franc added in. Not sure what it added really, as the wine is so good all on its own. Very purple in color. A bit fruity and austere aroma at this very young point. Spicy. Light tannins. Should be good in a few years and should drink well young as well
