November 14, 2020 - nose: a lot of butter on nose.
palate: very crisp! this chardonnay has some acid and even though it’s from california, i’m getting a real cayuga lake water sensation. definitely some baked green apples, maybe tarte tartin.
car: 1999 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 -
