December 31, 2021 - Un poil séducteur, mais somme toute, un joli pinot élégant, au fruité mûr luxuriant, épicé, finement boisé. Sans être racoleur, il se montre accessible, chatoyant, avec un grain digne des beaux terroirs de Gevrey, sans l'austérité terrienne de certains (le fruit domine, la pivoine aussi). Il est au début de sa vie, la futaille encore palpable s'efface progressivement (il a 6 ans!) et devrait se fondre d'ici peu.
